Send the products along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Ensure the shipment has a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment; therefore, we wish to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
Step 3: Refund
After receiving the shipping confirmation or the products themselves, the refund will be made within 7 working days.
Disclaimer:
The money-back guarantee applies only if the product was damaged during transport or delivered incompletely. Clothing that comes into direct contact with the body, underwear, and cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
